Your account
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
Acceptable use
Don't use Zenflow to break the law, infringe someone else's rights, send spam, scrape the platform, or attempt to bypass security. We may suspend accounts that put other customers at risk.
Subscriptions and billing
Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or covered by our refund policy. Tax is added where applicable.
Availability
We target 99.9% uptime, but Zenflow is provided 'as is' without warranties beyond what local law requires. Scheduled maintenance is communicated in advance.
Termination
Don't use Zenflow to break the law, infringe someone else's rights, send spam, scrape the platform, or attempt to bypass security. Users may not attempt to copy or replicate the platform. We may suspend accounts that put other customers at risk.
