Refund Policy

If Zenflow doesn't work for you, write to billing@zenflow.io within 14 days of your first paid invoice and we'll refund the amount in full.
Annual plans
Annual subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. We refund the unused portion on a pro-rated basis, minus any discount applied at signup.
Setup and onboarding fees
Custom onboarding, data migration, and integration work are billed against time already spent and are non-refundable once delivered.
How to request
Email billing@zenflow.io from the address on your account. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7 business days.
